What started in 2021 as a small league with 20 enthusiastic drivers has grown into an international league with over 70 active competitors and more than 500 community members. On that journey we have organized more than 20 championships, became the community hub for the iRacing Radical eCup and earned official recognition and support by Radical Motorsport as a simracing championship.
Every season, our goal has been the same: to create championships that give meaning to the time and effort people invest in their hobby and passion.
We’ve been driven by the believe that whether you’re fighting for podiums, battling in the midfield or racing at the back, the time you spend in your rig should matter. That’s why we put a premium on creating race formats that keep everyone in the race no matter what happens during lap 1 and implement championship structures that give everyone something to aim for.
All of this has been done entirely on a voluntary basis. But while building and running Radical SimRacing purely on passion and enthusiasm was and is an amazing journey, when our longtime steward Nihad stepped back after countless hours of dedication, it reminded me how much effort goes into it without any compensation beyond a “thank you” or “great job”.
Throughout the years your entry fees have been used carefully to cover broadcast costs, website hosting, and additional prizes for our championships. With Patreon I want to give you a way to support the work that makes Radical SimRacing possible, so we can keep improving, grow further, and create even more exciting events.
